Heads of State and Government will be gathering in Chicago this weekend for the 2012 NATO Summit, which will be the first to take place on U.S. soil in 13 years. A number of crucial items will be on the agenda, as leaders seek to provide some tangible answers to an array of security questions currently facing the global community.
