On November 15, 2007, AICGS was pleased to hold its thirteenth annual Global Leadership Award Dinner, honoring Dr. Josef Ackermann, Chairman of the Managing Board and the Group Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank AG. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Robert Kimmitt presented Dr. Ackermann with the award, highlighting a superb evening. Additionally, Dr. Stephen Brockmann of Carnegie Mellon University was presented with this year's DAAD Prize in German and European Studies in the Humanities at the dinner.
