Dr. Christopher S. Allen
DAAD/AICGS Fellow

Christopher S. Allen is the Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor in the Department of International Affairs at the University of Georgia and currently a DAAD/AICGS Fellow at AICGS.

Dr. Allen is co-author of European Politics in Transition, now in its 6th edition. He has published articles on comparative political economy and on democratic representation in numerous journals including: Harvard Business Review,  Comparative Politics, Journal of Public Policy, Policy Studies Review, Party Politics, German Politics, Economic and Industrial Democracy, and Journal of Policy Analysis and Management.

His project while at AICGS (part of a larger book manuscript in progress) is entitled: "Ideas, Institutions and Organized Capitalism: Germany, Europe, and Twenty-first Century Economic Policy Models."
