Andrew Oblitas joined AICGS as Development Coordinator in July, 2007.

Andrew holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and an MA in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Before joining AICGS, Andrew gained development and research experience as an intern at the Washington, D.C., office of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).

A native of Washington, D.C., Andrew enjoys travel, outdoor activities, sports and reading.
