Carl A. Siebel

Carl A. Siebel has been President and CEO of AptarGroup Inc. since January 1996. From April of 1993 to January of 1996, Mr. Siebel was President and Chief Operating Officer of AptarGroup.

In 1993, AptarGroup was spun-off from the Pittway Corporation. Prior to 1993, AptarGroup was known as the Seaquist Group, a Division of Pittway Corporation. From 1975 until 1993, Mr. Siebel was the Director of European Operations for Seaquist Group. Also, from 1982 until 1993, Mr. Siebel was a Vice-President of Pittway Corporation.

From 1969 until 1975, Mr. Siebel was the Managing Director of Perfect Valois Ventil GmbH in Dortmund, Germany, which, at the time, was a subsidiary of the Seaquist Group. Prior to 1969, Mr. Siebel managed a subsidiary company owned by his family.

Mr. Siebel was born in Bonn, Germany and received his Degree in Business Studies in Hamburg.
