Mr. Guenther E. Greiner

Gunther Greiner is President of International Corporate Consultancy LLC (ICC), a global finance consulting service.  Prior to founding ICC in 1999, Greiner was Group Executive of the World Corporation Group at Citibank and Executive Vice President of Citibank's Europe/Middle East and Africa Division. He also served as a member of the Citibank/Citigroup policy committee.  In 1982, when he moved to the United States from Germany, Greiner was President and Chief Executive Officer of Citibank AG, a wholly-owned Citibank subsidiary. He has more than 35 years of experience in financial management and shareholder value creation.

Greiner received his education at Commercial Business School, Deutsche Bank, and graduated from the Harvard International Senior Management Program. He is a naturalized United States citizen, born in Germany. He is a Member of the Board of Corn Products International, Ermenegildo Zegna USA, EZ Holditalia S.p.A., Alan Real Estate S.A., and a Member of the New York Weill Cornell Council - Weill Cornell Medical College/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is also Director Emeritus of the New York Philharmonic.
