Mr. Noah Legner is a research intern at AICGS during the summer of 2016. He writes for the AICGS Notizen Blog, conducts research, manages databases, and documents events at ACIGS and related institutions. He is particularly interested in European human security and immigration issues, as well as the role of truth commissions and reconciliation methods in postwar recovery.

Mr. Legner is a rising senior at Layette College, with double majors in Government and Law and Geology. Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, he has long held a strong interest in US-European relations. As part of his studies, Mr. Legner has conducted academic research on the EU crisis in Europe.
