Ms. Lynn Van Norstrand

Lynn Van Norstrand is the Director of Finance and Development at AICGS, where she is responsible for all aspects of finance, budgeting, and accounting. She collaborates with the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees to create a development plan which increases revenues to support the strategic direction of AICGS, to include management oversight of development staff, as well as technology and communications activities that promote AICGS’ mission.

Ms. Van Norstrand has been engaged with AICGS since 1987, when she joined as the Executive Assistant. She has worked in various rolls since, including Administrative Associate, Financial Administrator, and Financial Officer. Prior to AICGS, Ms. Van Norstrand worked in the banking industry, and spent several years working for the U.S. Military in Germany.

Ms. Van Norstrand holds her MBA in Finance from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University and a BA from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a double major in German and International Relations.
